Majestic Mule Deer Buck – Birthday Card

One beautiful fall day, I was taking a stroll in the woods, and came to a clearing. Not more than 20 feet from me stood this magnificent Mule Deer Buck. He stayed there while I snapped away with the camera just as if he was posing for me. When I finally lowered the camera, he turned and walked back into the trees. There are certain moments in time when everything feels right, and the world makes sense. That was one of those moments for me.
